During my solo stay, I appreciated the clean, warm atmosphere while easily walking to the charming Altrincham Market in less than a 15-minute stroll and enjoying the peaceful scenery at Denzell Gardens just over 2 km away, making it perfect for a weekend adventure in the city. additionally, the comfortable room and good value made the experience enjoyable, but the manager's insistence on taking a swipe of my card for a different payment method was a bit unnecessary.

The room had a private bathroom, TV, and tea/coffee maker. Heating worked well, but overall it felt dated and tired. The breakfast had some good options but not enough staff to keep up with demand.

The staff were friendly and eager to help, which I appreciated. parking was tricky to find initially, and I had to pay a bit for my car. I noticed that it wasn't well soundproofed either, as I could hear conversations from the hallway. The hotel had a bar and restaurant, but I chose to explore the surrounding area. While my stay was decent for a single night, I wouldn't mind staying again, mainly for the location and decent price.
